Lauren Lockett focuses on commercial litigation, appellate law, general civil litigation, and select family law matters. She has extensive experience litigating cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Ms. Lockett represents corporate, individual, and non-profit clients involved in commercial litigation, professional liability, corporate law, labor and employment, negligence, construction defects, DTPA, ERISA, personal injury, oil and gas, and FELA disputes.
Ms. Lockett is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review, and served on the Executive Board of the Texas Tech Law Review as Lead Articles Editor. Lauren is a former law clerk and staff attorney to the Honorable Chief Justice John H. Cayce, Retired, Second Court of Appeals, Fort Worth, Texas.
