Mr. Franscini joined Griffith, Jay & Michel, LLP in October 2014 and has centered his practice on serving clients and dealing with Probate and Estate Administration, Guardianship, and Incapacity & Estate Planning matters as well as resolving disputes arising from Estate Administrations and Guardianships. Recognizing the difficulties surrounding planning for death and incapacity, Mr. Franscini treats every client matter with great care and attention, striving to ensure the client's needs and goals are met.
An Arlington native, Mr. Franscini received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Texas in 2010 and earned his J.D. from the Texas A&M School of Law in 2014. While in law school, Mr. Franscini served as President of the Tax and Estate Planning Legal Organization and interned in the Guardianship Office of the Probate Court Number Two of Tarrant County, Texas.
